Launchr Terms of Service

Welcome to Launchr.gg (“Launchr,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

1. What We Do

Launchr provides tools for developers to sell video games, connect with players to get feedback, and run affiliate or referral programs. Players can buy games, share them, and earn rewards.

2. Accounts & Access

• You sign in with Discord to use Launchr. By doing so, you also agree to Discord’s own terms.

• You’re responsible for your account activity and keeping it secure.

  
  

3. Buying & Selling Games

• Game sales and payments are handled through our payment providers (e.g. Stripe).

• Prices, refunds, and regional availability may vary. Refunds are subject to the developer’s policy and applicable law.

• Launchr is a platform — we don’t guarantee the quality, stability, or delivery of games purchased. You should only purchase a game if you enjoy the current state of the game, while also knowing the game may change in the future.
  
  

4. Affiliate & Referral Program

• Definitions: Affiliates/Referrers promote games through Launchr’s program and may earn commissions or rewards.

• Commissions: Rewards are based on tracked sales and subject to our tracking systems. Invalid, refunded, or fraudulent sales don’t qualify.
  
  

• Promotion Rules:

  • No spam, bots, mass-posting referral links, or flooding forums/social channels.

  • No misleading claims, paid search abuse, adult content, or other harmful promotions.

    
    

• Brand Use: Affiliates may only use Launchr trademarks and assets as we explicitly allow. In general, you are welcome to do so.
  
  

• Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly disclose they earn commissions (e.g., “this link may earn me rewards”).
  
  

• Compliance: Affiliates must follow applicable laws, including FTC guidelines, GDPR/CCPA, and anti-spam rules.
  
  

• Termination: We may remove or suspend affiliates for fraud, abuse, spamming referral links, or other rule-breaking at any time.
  
  

5. Developer Responsibilities

• Developers must own or have rights to the games they sell.

• Developers are responsible for marketing, customer support, taxes, and compliance with all laws.

• Developers indemnify Launchr against claims relating to their games.
  
  

6. Content & Conduct

• Don’t break the law, spam, exploit, harass, or infringe on others’ rights.

• Don’t attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the service.

• We may remove content or accounts that harm the community or violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• Launchr retains all rights to its platform, logos, and services.

• Developers keep rights to their games but grant Launchr a limited license to display and sell them.

• Users may not copy, resell, or misuse content they don’t own.

8. Liability & Indemnity

• Launchr is provided “as is.” We don’t make guarantees about uninterrupted service, success, or profits.

• To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Users, developers, and affiliates agree to indemnify Launchr for claims arising from their use, promotions, or content.
  
  

9. Disputes & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.

• Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless we require arbitration where allowed by law.
  
  

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by posting on the site or through Discord. Continued use of Launchr means you accept the updated Terms.
